  • Exploitation of RNAi in crop improvement, especially gram pod-borer resistance in pigeonpea and other biotic stresses (sheath blight, brown plant hopper and yellow stem borer) resistance in rice.
  • Characterization of microRNA, long non-coding and circular RNA during plant-microbe interaction and plant development.
