Research Interest

  • My lab is interested in understanding the regulation of plant adaptation to changing environments using next-generation genomic and allied computational approaches. My lab is also interested in the identification and characterization of genes responsible for plant stress tolerance and their deployment using transgenic and gene editing approaches.
